Was ist der EUROVISION SONG CONTEST?
Der Eurovision Song Contest (kurz: ESC;dt.: Lied Wettbewerb der Eurovision,bis 1991 noch frz. Grand Prix de la Chanson de Eurovision) ist ein seit 1956 jährlich stattfindender Musikwettbewerb,der von der European Broadcast Union (kurz: EBU) und der Rundfunkanstalt, die den Vorjahressieger veranstaltet wird.
Beim Eurovision Song Contest bekommt der Interpret des Gewinnerbeitrages auf der Bühne einen Pokal, der dann dem Komponisten überreicht wird, in dessen Besitz er letztendlich auch verbleibt. Der Interpret bekommt diesbezüglich nichts, auser den gesetiegerten Bekanntheitsgrad, der dann zum Aufbau der Karriere genutzt werden kann.
Im Juni 2015 gab die WBU bekannt, dass die WBU pleite ist. Man habe die 50% der WSC-Anteile an die Eurovision verkauft. Diese besiztzt nun die vollen 100 % und macht aus dem WSC einen Eurovision Song Contest.

What is the Eurovision Song Contest?
The Eurovision Song Contest (in short:. ESC; dt .: song competition of Euro vision to 1991 still French Grand Prix de la Chanson de Eurovision) is held annually since 1956 music contest organized by the European Broadcast Union (short EBU) and the broadcaster, organized last year's winner.
When Eurovision Song Contest gets the interpreter of the winning contribution on stage a trophy, which is then presented to the composer, in whose possession it also remains ultimately.
